Cal-Pro Real Estate Inspections did a very thorough report on our home we are purchasing. The scheduling process was very easy. We could pick a date that fit our schedule and the inspector was prompt. He gave us a report that backed up everything with photos and presented it to us step by step. Hey Mike.  Sorry I didnt get back to you intitially about the home inspection.  Although I did not end up purchasing the home, I was very pleased with your services.

 

Several months later I considered purchasing a condo in Sacramento which I also had an inspection done on.  Comparatively, your services were far superior to the likes of that company.  You were far more thurough, knowledgable, and your customer service was unmatched.  Even in my quest in simply searching for a home inspector, I did not get the sense that any were as eager nor honest about doing the work as you were.

 

So thanks again for your help.  Although I do not plan on purchasing anytime soon, and I definitely do not plan on purchasing in Bakersfield since I am only to be here for less than 3 more years, I wont hesistate to pass your name to anyone I can who may need your services.
